The 26th North American Molecular Beam Epitaxy Conference will be held in the Princeton University campus, in Princeton, New Jersey. The campus is easily accessible by car, train or air travel. The nearest airport is Newark International Airport. It is about 60 miles south of New York City, and a similar distance north of Philadelphia. GETTING AROUND PRINCETON UNIVERSITY

HOUSING
Participants who have registered for housing will reside in Scully Hall on the Princeton University campus. Housing check-in will take place between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Sunday, August 9th outside of Scully Hall. Check-out will take place between 12:30 pm and 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 12th outside of Scully Hall.

EARLY/LATE ARRIVALS
For those who arrive to campus outside of the housing check-in times, participants may pick up dormitory keys at our office of Public Safety (200 Elm Drive), which is open 24 hours. Public Safety can be reached at (609) 258-1000 if you have trouble finding them when you arrive to campus. Please see attached map for Conference locations.

CONFERENCE CHECK-IN AND ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Conference materials and on-site registration will be available in the McDonnell Hall Brush Gallery from 3:00 – 5:00 pm on Sunday, August 9th, and from 7:30 am – 3:00 pm Monday, August 10th through Wednesday, August 12th.

ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES
It is our objective to make your stay at Princeton as enjoyable as possible. Student workers will be assigned to serve as your Account Representatives to handle any questions or concerns that may arise throughout your stay. The may be reached at (609) 258-6115, Conference & Event Services.

PARKING
If you plan to have your car with you, we will provide you with a temporary parking permit upon check-in. You will be able to park your car in Lot #23 overnight (see campus map). For those who will only need parking during the day, Lot 21 has a large visitor parking area. Shuttles run to campus every 10-15 minutes, Monday – Friday. If you commit a parking violation you will be subject to, and responsible for, a fine and/or tow. Note: Overnight parking is prohibited on Princeton Streets.

ON-CAMPUS FOOD
The Frist Campus Center food gallery is open for breakfast and lunch from 8 am – 2 pm, with the exception of weekends. A listing of area restaurants is attached for those who will be arriving to campus early.

ATHLETIC FACILITIES
During the summer, participants have access to the University health/fitness room, swimming pool, basketball courts, etc. In order to use these facilities, participants must purchase athletic chits at the Conference Registration Desk. Athletic chits are $5.00/each and are good for one visit to Dillon Gym; you may stay as long as you like but once you leave another chit is required to re-enter.

PRINCETON UNIVERSITY STORE
The U-Store sells a wide range of items, including stationary, sportswear, small appliances, cameras, books and magazines. It also has a pharmacy and a limited grocery section. This branch of the U-Store is located on University Place, and the bookstore, which also carries a larger selection of clothing, is located on Nassau Street.

DORMNET
Wireless service is available throughout campus, and is free for 7 days. Choose puvisitor in your network connections to gain access.
