INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS

• Plenary Talks are 40 minutes long. Presentation should be 35 minutes, allowing 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
  
  
• Oral Presentations are 15 minutes long. Presentation to be no longer than 12 minutes, allowing three minutes for questions and discussion.
  
  
• Posters should be no larger than 8ft. wide by 4 ft. high. They should be formatted in the landscape configuration.
