Call For Papers

NAMBE2009 is accepting submissions for oral and poster presentations at the meeting to be held in Princeton University, Princeton, NJ on August 9-11, 2009.

All topics related to molecular beam epitaxy are appropriate, including the following:

Fundamentals of MBE growth

MBE growth modifications

Materials characterization

MBE technology

III-Nitrides and dilute nitrides

Oxides

II-VI materials

ZnO

III-V materials and structures

Si MBE

Hybrid materials

Photonic devices

Electronic devices

Spintronics

Low dimensional structures

Novel materials and device physics

Each abstract should be a single page in length. A second page containing figures or illustrations that support the abstract results may also be submitted. The abstract must be submitted on line using Adobe pdf format. Please, follow instructions for abstract submission link below. Authors should indicate preference for oral or poster presentation. Also, indicate if the paper is a student paper.

Abstract submission for regular papers is closed.

Authors of regular papers will be notified of their acceptance by June 5, 2009. Accepted oral papers should be brought to the conference in electronic format (CD or USB flash drive) for loading onto the meeting computer - no personal Laptop computer presentations will be allowed. Alternatively, overhead presentation facilities will also be available.

A few post deadline papers will also be accepted. Post deadline submissions must be received by July 25, 2009. Please, submit postdeadline abstracts as .pdf files with the format described above to:mtamargo@ccny.cuny.edu.
